THREE QUICK DIYS FOR BOHO INTERIORS

THREE QUICK DIYS FOR BOHO INTERIORS

Beautiful decoration makes a home comfortable and cozy. The temptation to always buy new decorative items is great, especially if you want to regularly redecorate and give your own four walls a new flair. Because that can quickly turn into money, in today's post on Juliesdresscode.de I have three quick DIYs for Boho Interior for you that cost almost nothing.

MAKE OVER FOR YOUR FLOWER POTS

Flower pots in any color pile up quickly over the years. Suddenly you have a colorful hodgepodge of different pots that don't quite fit together or just don't want to match the current furnishings. That's why I tried the famous Trash-To-Terractotta method and gave my flower pots a little make-over .

How it works:

Remnants of light wall paint mix with it

Acrylic or tinting paint in red or orange

Add a little baking powder and stir

The baking powder gives the color the necessary texture. This gives you a kind of chalk paint in every shade you want to mix. Paint your flower pots with a coarse brush to strengthen the texture and create the desired terracotta look . Then you can work on the pots with chalk or acrylic paint and give them a pattern.

MAKE A GARLAND OUT OF DRIED EUCALYPTUS

Eucalyptus lasts a long time in the vase and looks pretty for a while even when dried. At some point you got tired of looking at the dried branches. They are still too good to throw away , instead you can carefully pinch off the individual leaves and thread them alternately with beads . You can attach the garland decoratively to your bookshelf or door handles, for example.

SMALL MACRAMEES

Even a little macrame can have a big effect. You can find a few tutorials for macramees on my Pinterest board . If you don't have macrame yarn at home, you can just use thick wool , it looks really nice , especially for

small wall hangings,

and you can save yourself laborious knots.

You can tinker many decorative parts yourself with few resources. I am curious to see how you like the ideas and whether you might even make some.
